On August 31, 2014, the 10th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China passed the “Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Amending the “Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, which is a new production safety The law came into force on December 1, 2014. In order to fully implement the new law, further standardize safety management, and improve the level of safety production management, the company launched the creation of safety production standardization as soon as the "Safety Production Law" was passed.
On August 21, 2014, the company established a safety production standardization leading group with the chairman of the board as the core, and held a safety production standardization mobilization meeting, announcing the formal start of the three-level establishment of safety production standardization enterprises. With the gradual deepening of standardization work, the company revised and added 47 safety systems, 17 safety production responsibility systems, 23 safety operation regulations, and 9 emergency rescue plans, and established and improved a safety standardization system. At the same time, employees at all levels of the company have a deeper understanding and understanding of the work of safety production standardization through various forms such as organizing employees to go out for study, internal training, and fire safety practice exercises.
On December 17, 2014, the leaders of the Beijing Shijingshan District Work Safety Supervision Bureau, together with a team of five experts from the Beijing Zhongan Quality and Environmental Technology Evaluation Center, conducted a comprehensive review of the establishment of the third-level safety production standardization enterprise of Beijing Kelian Shenghua. During the review process, the experts provided in-depth guidance and highly appraised our company’s safety production standardization construction work. After rigorous and detailed review and discussion, they unanimously signed the conclusion of the review. So far, Beijing Kelian Shenghua Applied Technology Research Institute has become the first batch of companies in the Shijingshan jurisdiction to pass the standard review.
The successful completion of the standardization assessment of safety production standardization marks that the safety management level of Beijing Kelian Shenghua has risen to a new level. This is not only an affirmation of our safety production work, but also the driving force for us to continuously improve our safety management level. In the future, we will focus on safety production as a long-term work task.
