Job Description:
1. Participate in the formulation of the company's marketing strategy;
2. Implement the company's marketing strategy and plan for regional market development;
3. Develop regional marketing plans and break down sales targets;
4. Control the expenses of the regional office under its jurisdiction;
5. Submit various summary reports on time;
6. Provide accurate information on market trends, demand changes, competitor and customer feedback;
7. Supervise the construction and business development of the office, and implement the collection of payment for goods in the region.
Recruitment requirements:
1. More than five years of sales experience in anesthesia and tumor products, with experience in channel development and management, solid and stable;
2. Having strong self psychological mediation ability, able to withstand pressure and self regulate and motivate oneself;
3. Having negotiation ability, demand analysis and judgment ability, and independent problem-solving ability for manufacturers and agents;
4. Have strong communication ability and adaptability, and can effectively explain, state and negotiate.
