The 6th National Dealer Conference of Beijing Science and Technology Alliance was held in Beijing Longzhong

On December 12-14, 2014, the 6th Dealer Conference of Beijing Kelian Sublimation Applied Technology Research Institute was grandly held at Changping Xiaotangshan Longmai Hot Spring Health Club. The senior leaders of Beijing Science and Technology Alliance Sublimation and dealers from all over the country gathered together with joy and excitement to share this feast and witness the brilliant achievements of Beijing Science and Technology Alliance Sublimation Application Technology Research Institute since its 21st anniversary.

After more than a month of careful planning and intense preparation, on December 12th, all members of the Shenghua Meeting Group were waiting for the arrival of dealers from all over the country in the lobby of the Longmai Hot Spring Health Club. A total of 90 dealers, nearly 200 people, participated in this meeting

On December 13th, after taking a group photo at the conference, the 6th National Dealer Conference, presided over by Mr. Xu Song, Marketing Director of Beijing Science and Technology Union, opened on time in the conference room on the seventh floor of Longmai Hot Spring Health Club at 8:30 am.

Firstly, Mr. Li Lihui, Chairman of Beijing Science and Technology Alliance Sublimation, delivered a welcome speech to all the participating dealer friends at the conference, and thanked them for their strong support to Beijing Science and Technology Alliance Sublimation over the years. At the meeting, Mr. Li introduced Shenghua's future development plan, company cultural philosophy, new factory situation, and core management team. Mr. Li stated that in the future, Shenghua will attach great importance to the company's management innovation, focus on building a management team with core value, unite and provide first-class products and services for the vast number of dealer friends.

Next, Mr. Xu Song, Marketing Director of Beijing Science and Technology Union Sublimation, reviewed the sales performance of Sublimation in the past two years and the completion of sales this year to the participating dealers. He conducted a detailed analysis of Sublimation's future business growth layout, introduced the sales policy of Sublimation in 2015, and had extensive exchanges with dealer friends on product promotion, investment channel expansion, and other issues.

In order to help distributors better develop hospitals, promote products, and solve the problems that hinder the development of agents, the company has specially hired two experienced industry lecturers to give lectures.

In the morning, Teacher Ma Hongju gave a lecture on "Medical Device Marketing Details", introducing the marketing environment and details of the medical device industry in simple and profound terms. She led participating dealers to have a heated and thorough discussion on key marketing steps, preparation stage, business stage, bidding stage, payment collection and other links. In the afternoon, Teacher Zhang Wei from Shanghai gave a lecture on "Dreams Illuminate Reality", using emotions to drive rationality and a relaxed perspective to introduce from the perspective of dreams. It was implemented in the medical device industry, delving into market potential analysis, brand analysis, customer analysis, and business plan development. It successfully attracted dealers and friends to actively participate, explore together, and make progress together. The two lecturers have their own unique teaching styles, combining theory with practice in the course. The classroom atmosphere is very lively, and participating dealers have expressed that this trip has benefited a lot.

After a tense and orderly study, the Beijing Science and Technology Union Sublimation Applied Technology Research Institute carefully prepared a thank-you dinner for the dealer friends. Li Lihui, Chairman of Beijing Science and Technology Union Sublimation, Xu Song, Marketing Director, Li Jianwen, Deputy General Manager, Peng Jian, Deputy General Manager, and Sun Mingyun, Financial Director, attended the thank-you dinner. At the dinner party, exciting performances were showcased, with dynamic songs, graceful dances, mysterious magic, and dreamy bubble shows pushing the atmosphere of the banquet to a climax time and time again.

Celebrating the birthday of our distributor friends in December was a special part of this dinner and a small surprise we prepared for our birthday guests. After all the birthday star dealers appeared in December, the music of "Happy Birthday" slowly sounded from the backstage. As the candlelight four layer cake was pushed to the center of the stage, all the friends in the room seemed to be hit by a warm current. Everyone coincidentally sang a happy birthday song, and the song resounded throughout the banquet hall, pushing the entire banquet atmosphere to its peak.

Amidst the laughter and joy, the dinner was drawing to a close, and everyone raised their glasses together to celebrate. The atmosphere of joy was endless, lingering and unforgettable. In the beautiful song of "Hope for a Long Life", the sixth dealer conference thank-you dinner slowly came to an end. Friends bid farewell and look forward to our next gathering.
