  Hello, everyone! The annual year-end celebration of C&L Sublimation has arrived again. At this moment, I am full of excitement and walked through 2016 with all employees and ushered in 2017. In the past year, under the hard work of all the staff of the company, it has gone through a period of hardship and test, and finally achieved certain results, basically completing the tasks and indicators assigned by the company to the centers at the beginning of the year. On behalf of the company, I would like to express my gratitude to all employees who have developed and worked hard with the company over the past year!

  Looking back on 2016, during the period of macroeconomic regulation and economic downturn in the global and domestic markets, our sales team underwent pressure and broke through previous sales performance, with annual sales exceeding 1 million units for the first time. At the beginning of the year, the marketing department had different opinions and disagreements due to changes in personnel, which affected sales in some markets. After timely adjustments, not only the team building was optimized, fresh blood was added, and the division of market regions was adjusted in a timely manner. At the same time, the market system was reorganized, which effectively stimulated the team’s sales potential, and improved the market by improving market reforms. Played its due role. Today’s breakthrough in sales performance is not accidental. It is the result of management. It is the strength of the team. It has verified that management produces benefits. Only scientific management can overcome difficulties and achieve results.

  The production management center, the annual total production output exceeded the one million mark for the second time. With the hard work of all staff, the annual output of 1.02 million units was achieved and the annual production task was completed. At the same time, after training and promotion of safety production awareness and quality awareness, all employees have been greatly improved, and all employees have zero safety accidents, and the company's overall safety production tasks and targets have been reached. Achievements are accompanied by sweat. Behind the hard work, there is still room for improvement. The loss of production staff in 2016 and the low production capacity of the injection molding workshop still need to be improved. Comprehensively increase production capacity and improve team building to provide a more solid backing for supporting market sales in 2017.

  The market is the forward, production is the backing, and the operation center will be the booster of the company's development. Since the beginning of the year, we have gone through a series of work including site selection, planning, design, bidding and construction of the new plant, and successfully completed the construction of the new plant in Niulanshan, Shunyi. The new plant has passed the third-party inspection and verification, and has successively obtained the clean plant. The verification report, fire protection acceptance report and production environmental assessment report established a new production management platform and successfully established a branch in Shunyi District. The establishment of the branch and the completion of the new plant will lay a solid material foundation for the company's development in the next few years. It has risen to a new level since 2017 and laid the foundation for the company's third ten-year plan. The Shunyi factory has a total construction area of more than 5,000 square meters, including modern production workshops, spacious and bright offices, raw materials, and finished goods warehouses; the production capacity of the site is expected to produce 2.5 to 3 million pieces per year; it is also equipped with the staff dormitory and management cadre dormitory living area , The park is equipped with a frugal buffet. The living facilities of the new factory are complete, and they will make due contributions for all employees to better display and display their talents on the platform of C&T.

  Seeking development of new products and sustainable operation for the company. In 2016, the R&D team of the operation center inherited the excellent work style after 2015, completed a series of new product development and improvement of old products, and silently contributed to the development of the company. Hard work. Close cooperation with the production center solved the problem of broken pipes, stabilized the product quality in time, and reflected the cooperation between small teams. In the past, we have been plagued by poor teamwork. Through effective cooperation between these teams, we have shown the importance of teamwork. In the future work, we must have a good understanding of the importance of cooperation and strengthen cooperation among various departments. Only in this way will our work efficiency be higher. In terms of new products: Several series of electronic pumps and multi-flow rate products have been developed and verified, and have been tested by a third-party authoritative organization, and have obtained a qualified test verification report. The original PCA product has been improved, the trial production of the three flow rate has been improved, and the clinical test of the product has been fully passed. After the registration is completed, it will be put on the market. In terms of materials: the improvement of the low-temperature material of the flow tube and the replacement of the old and new molds have been successfully verified, and the planned progress at the beginning of the year has been completed. In 2016, in order to protect the intellectual property rights of the company's new products, R & D applied for a total of 10 patents, including: 1 invention patent, 5 utility model patents, 4 appearance patents; now it has obtained 2 utility models and 2 patents. Appearance patents and the other 6 are under review and evaluation by the Patent Office.

  The achievements of the above centers are inseparable from our logistics team. Human resources have completed a series of service tasks such as evaluation, recruitment, training, and labor relations of the employment plans of various employment departments at the beginning of the year. The Banking and Finance Center always serves all employees, with the purpose of intimate care, ensuring that employees' meals and accommodation, vehicle management, and driving safety are effectively managed every day. In the case of no increase in personnel and costs, the financial work has accomplished the task well and made hard work. They seem to do ordinary work every day, but it ensures the smooth operation of the enterprise. Thank them for their silent dedication to Shenghua.

  2016 has quietly passed and become history. Facing the new 2017, we still have a lot to do. In the new year, our business will enter a new stage of development. For C&T Shenghua, it is another year full of opportunities and challenges. Each center must focus on the company's development direction and goals, seize opportunities to develop steadily, and cooperate more closely among the teams.
